Energy - disk Annelore
Annelore wrote to Greet: 'It is so difficult to explain to my friends that I don't have the energy to do things sometimes. And it is enoying for myself too. But it is something I have to live with is.' So we made energy disks: she could show her friends and explain how her day went.

This was a good day; I had less treatment and my astma didn't bother me much. Could do a lot of things. Bye Annelore (15 yrs).

Bad day..............Ugh, Annelore!!!

I want to forget this day; was tight and tired. Went only to school for English-test. Was nasty to people; argued with everyone!!!  Ugh Annelore (15 yrs).
