Why did we call our WebConference "Durable eMoments"?
A bottom-up intercontinental webconference by and for teachers, assistants and staffmembers in the field. Central Theme:
Durable WebEducation & eLearning Students, aged 6 - 21, with physical challenges and medical needs

"Durable"  is nowadays a bit narrowed to eco and green-energy only. We are using durable in a broader meaning and context. Durable eLearning is eLearning experience on the basis of web-based programs, providing weblearning experiences on which students may also draw later in their lives.

About Greet's dream
Solid webeducation will give students with physical challenges and medical needs a chance to become active members of society and stronger citizens. It is my dream to have a contribution to that development with this webconference and the 10th anniversary of my webstudio. To make the bridge between webeducation in sheltered places and the social meaning & significance of those learningprocesses stronger. I hope one day our students will have the same durable remembrance to their weblessons as the students of mr. Hundert had in the film: The Emperor's Club

Today there is a growing diversity of web & e-learning possibilities, but each individual student demands a custom-made learning route. The purpose of the webconference is to enhance the knowhow and awareness in this area on the part of teachers, assistants & staffmembers in the field. The webconference will concentrate fully on teaching methods and content. By the platform ePals is providing us we will be able to exchange intercontinantal personal experiences & expertise. The colleagues in our European webLearning eTwinning environment "MixTalent Troubadours" will participate too, as well as the staf & teachers of Kav-or "Distance Learning for children in Hospital in Israel".

All those contribution will come together in WebConference-Program

 I hope we will enjoy the adventure of this webconference.
